What you'll do The Configuration, Retail & Logistics & Engineering Domain (CRLE domain) is responsible for the configuration & development of core IT systems such as Billing, CRM, Product Catalogue, Retail POS, Logistics Systems & Automation processes. The role of the Technical Delivery Specialist is to organise the delivery of changes across multiple systems. This delivery is achieved through the coordination of CRLE teams, suppliers and virtual teams for downstream systems You will be responsible for end-to-end release quality into production by managing this through suppliers and partners. You will be holding reviews for all domain projects configuration requirements, ensuring each stage is complete and ready to move to next stage in the delivery plan. You will be highlighting areas for improvement through lessons learned & post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the stakeholder relationship from scope lock through to release go live & provide updates to relevant stakeholders of delivery progress. You will regularly provide effective task management of 3rd party suppliers, Vodafone partners, and internal teams to deliver on behalf of CRLE. Who you are You will be able to showcase project management experience. You will ideally have experience of working with partners and 3rd party suppliers. You will ideally have a commercial understanding of cost drivers for service and opportunities. You will be an influential and professional character and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills You will be able to make key decisions and work effectively with your team.
