Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain and Logistics Location: Deeside Type: Full-time | On-site We are working with a highly regarded and growing organisation that is seeking a passionate and commercially focused Senior Finance Manager to join their Supply Chain and Logistics finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative business where you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and cost control across their distribution network. The Opportunity: This position is central to supporting logistics operations through robust financial reporting, analysis, and strategic forecasting. You’ll manage a team of three and be responsible for delivering insight and challenge to ensure value for money across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: * Lead financial reporting for the supply chain and logistics cost centre * Attend and contribute to depot reviews, challenging performance, and identifying areas for improvement * Analyse weekly depot performance against budget and forecasts * Conduct scenario planning and assess operational cost implications * Support budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with the depot and logistics teams * Influence short, medium, and long-term financial planning * Assist with logistics contract negotiations and review commercial proposals About You: * Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) * Experience in supply chain & logistics, or FMCG sectors, is highly advantageous * Proven background in leading finance teams * Commercially astute with strong analytical and Excel skills * Confident in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Excellent discounts and benefits package * Career development opportunities * Inclusive, team-oriented culture If you're a driven finance professional with a passion for logistics and operational improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
