Job Description
3. Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
4. Build strong relationships through business development and networking
5. Match candidates to roles through screening, interviewing, and market insight
6. Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on hiring trends and career development
7. Work towards targets and KPIs with the support of experienced mentors
The Successful Applicant
8. University graduate (any discipline) with strong interpersonal skills
9. Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success
10. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
11. A team player with a competitive edge
12. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential
