Job Opportunity: Customer Liaison Officer in Gateshead
We are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join a planned works social housing contract on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with customers on site to ensure effective communication and build good customer relations.
2. Reporting to the project manager regarding ongoing issues and feedback.
3. Communicating with the customer service team and monitoring all feedback.
4. Ensuring customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly.
5. Assisting site managers and on-site teams to ensure compliance with quality and health & safety policies.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a similar Customer Liaison role.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive with an enthusiastic approach to customer service.
* Valid full driving license.
