About the Role
We are rebuilding our eWallet platform on a modern architecture, covering customer apps and back-office systems. We are looking for a strong, independent QA Engineer to own quality across internal systems and external integrations, ensuring high standards throughout development, migration, and release.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute end-to-end test plans for: Mobile apps (iOS/Android), Web portals, Back-office systems and APIs and third-party integrations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Development of an automated regression test suite
Validate full customer journeys (onboarding, KYC, funding, transfers, withdrawals, reporting).
Manage and update configuration settings (e.g. JSON, feature flags, limits) for testing.
Log, track, and validate defects with clear evidence and root cause analysis.
Support multilingual and localisation testing.
Coordinate testing with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Support.
Lead external partner and integration testing.
Support migration testing from legacy to new platforms.
Define and enforce quality gates before releases.
Ensure proper documentation and release sign-off.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' QA experience (preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services).
Experience testing transaction-based systems and integrations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end system flows and data validation.
Experience with configuration files (e.g. JSON).
Solid defect management and reporting skills.
Mobile app testing via TestFlight and Google Play tracks.
Experience testing multilingual applications.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Experience
Platform migrations.
Payment and transaction lifecycle knowledge.
API testing (e.g. Postman).
Regulated financial environments.
