This role plays a key specialist support function within the central QESH department, with a strong focus on analysing and utilising QESH/ESG data to drive sustained business performance improvement. The successful candidate will support strategic projects, reporting requirements and continual improvement initiatives across Quality, Environment, Sustainability, Fleet and Health & Safety disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse and report QESH/ESG data to support key performance indicators (KPIs) across: Environment & Energy: greenhouse gas emissions, SECR, packaging waste EPR, battery sales and returns, waste, water use, energy consumption, business travel, downstream customer impacts and upstream supplier impacts Quality: delivery defect reports (DDRs), engineer service defects, warehouse picking errors, courier errors, customer complaints and survey results Fleet Management: vehicle inspection completion rates, training compliance, driving style performance, van weig...
