At an exciting time of growth for the organisation, they are now looking to recruit a Service Manager to oversee a range of impactful services for children and young people with learning disabilities.
We are searching for a dedicated and hands-on Service Manager to lead and develop services for children and young people with learning disabilities and additional needs; services will include afterschool clubs (Mon-Thurs), weekend and school holiday playschemes/teen sessions. The role will involve planning and delivering inclusive, engaging, and structured activities within a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You'll be key in supporting frontline staff to deliver high quality services and will consistently champion the voices of beneficiaries to ensure this informs and shapes delivery.
