Job Description Available from August 2026 Carronhill School is a Complex Needs Provision, serving South Aberdeenshire pupils aged 5-18 years old who are predominately working at Pre-Early Level. The preferred candidate will have an inquisitive mind and will be able to look inwards and outwards at their own and others’ practice to ensure that they are meeting the environment for each learner that they teach, using differentiation and the fundamentals of communication in all that they do. Their values will align with that of the school’s, and they will be able to work with and direct a team in their own classroom to ensure that the team function to get it right for each individual pupil whilst ensuring that the team are well informed of the progress and direction planned for each child. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
