Core hours: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Job purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine concepts for new products.
2. Conduct comprehensive research and market analysis to identify design trends and customer needs.
3. Create visual representations and prototypes of design concepts using CAD software and other relevant tools.
4. Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure functionality and feasibility of design.
5. Collaborate with engineers and manufacturers to refine concepts and ensure smooth transition to production.
6. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and creativity.
Desired Skills:
7. Bachelor's degree in design engineering or a related field.
8. Proven experience in concept development and design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
12. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
13. Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
