We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Reorganisation practice within their Belfast office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic corporate team, working on a diverse range of corporate services, including reorganisations, integrations, corporate and securities transactional matters. The candidate’s role will also see them acting as a regional coordinator, drafting corporate documentation, and working in collaboration with other departments within project teams.
The candidate will work across a range of high-value multijurisdictional projects, providing high-quality service to support the firm’s global client base. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.
Essential Criteria:
* 3+ PQE;
* Strong background in corporate governance and reorganisation;
* Demonstrable commercial awareness;
* Excellent academics;
* Negotiation skills;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
