We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join the Fareham site.
About the role
Working in our distribution centre means fast‑paced environments, excellent attention to detail and the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time, providing seamless delivery to our customers.
This role involves working any 5 days from 7.30–8 hr shifts for 37.5 hours per week. Days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.
**Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test**
Responsibilities
* Pick and pack customers’ orders, using a hand‑held terminal to understand pick expectations.
* Potentially load vehicles ready for distribution to customers.
* Receive, store and stack stock appropriately.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment with health, safety and legal compliance.
* Be flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
* Work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Qualifications
* Hard‑working with a professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic approach.
* Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
* Experience of loading vehicles would be preferred but not essential.
