£160,000 £175,000 + Profit Share + Package
We are working with a leading, fast-growing engineering delivery specialist who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director to join their London team.
This is a key leadership position within a business that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the commercial and data centre sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking a proven leader to drive delivery at the highest level.
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major MEP packages across large-scale commercial and data centre projects, leading teams from pre-construction through to handover. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end MEP delivery on high-value projects
* Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, and site delivery
* Drive programme, quality, and safety performance
* Act as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Oversee commercial performance, risk, and project profitability
* Support business growth and contribute to strategic delivery plans
Requirements
* Strong MEP delivery background at Project Director / Senior Project Manager level
* Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial xsngvjr and data centre projects
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project P&L
* Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
