Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role involves coordinating and delivering complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms for victims and survivors of conflict.
Key duties include:
* Coordinating Complementary Therapy Services for RFJ members.
* Procurement and supervision of sessional therapists.
* Ensuring good governance, data protection, and maintaining professional standards.
* Providing training, supervision, and developing referral systems.
* Liaising with staff, producing reports, and maintaining records.
Essential criteria include relevant qualifications, experience in trauma service delivery, project management, understanding of conflict legacy, trauma impacts, NGO governance, gender harms, CPD in trauma, communication skills, and ability to travel.
