What the Job Involves In this role, you will lead and support the adoption of the Signs of Safety approach in social work practice. You will manage a caseload of children subject to care proceedings, overseeing all aspects of case management including court work, care planning, and reviews. You will supervise social work assistants and less experienced staff, ensuring quality assurance in practice while fostering a positive team environment. You will be required to conduct assessments, manage risks, and develop care plans in collaboration with other professionals, considering the impact of trauma and supporting reunification efforts where appropriate.
