Are you an experienced After Sales Engineer or in a Technical CAD role and wants to progress into sales? Then this opportunity cannot be missed! I’m currently recruiting for a leading Engineering company based in Worcester. My client is looking for a After Sales Engineer on a full time, permanent basis due to growth in the company.
Responsibilities
* Act as an initial point of contact for customers, understanding their needs over the phone or in person
* Responding to customer enquiries on email or on the phone
* Develop bespoke layouts, pricing and quotations, ensuring all quotes are accurate and clear
* Provide technical product guidance and pre-sales support, maintaining a strong understanding of products
* Coordinate orders from enquiry to completion, ensuring customers are contacted throughout
* Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining accurate records of quotes/data and attending customer or site visits when required
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Ability to read technical drawings, ideally produced from AutoCAD
* Ability to use SAGE 200 or similar
* Excellent team player and problem solver
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team
