Senior Chef de Partie We have a fantastic opportunity available to join Freddo, the Caramel Bunny, Bertie Bassett and the team at Cadbury World as a Chef de Partie. We are looking for a Chef who enjoys delivering first class food and will cater for the seated restaurant, grab and go snack bar, Cadbury staff canteen requirements, despatching food to other outlets around site as well as any hospitality and corporate events. Your role will be predominately based at Cadbury World however at times you may be required to work at the groups other venues and events. If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent standards to our customers and you love chocolate, then we want you to give us a Twirl Reporting to the Senior Chef de Partie, your main duties will include the planning and preparation of your designated food area. You will be required to deliver a wide range of food offers and concepts to a set specification and standards, ensuring that all hygiene and health & safety compliance are being adhered to. Assisting with stock control, food cost and waste management will be a key element of the role together with input into the development of new creative concepts and menus, as well as deputising for the Senior Chef de Partie in their absence. You must have the willingness to learn new skills, which includes the Groups IT systems and be computer literate. Team work, good time management and having a flexible approach to work in a 7 day week operation is essential. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking chef who wishes to increase their knowledge of food and progress his/her career in a world-renowned business.
