We’re looking for dedicated Support staff to join our friendly team, supporting clients in their homes and communities across Whiston, Prescot and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
* Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation
* Support clients to remain as independent as possible
* Always promote independence and dignity
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
* A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a plus
