Job Title: Training and Admin Coordinator

Position Summary
We are looking for a Training and Admin Coordinator to join our Nestlé Confectionery factory at the Girvan site to support the Factory. This position is permanent, and you will be working with the Girvan team supporting flagship brands.
Manufacturing at Nestlé focuses on delivering quality products at the right time and place while driving losses down to maximise efficiency and productivity. Your contribution supports our manufacturing excellence aims.
Responsibilities
* Organise and deliver on-site training, and provide administration and compliance support to the site.
* Support providing internal, external, and department-specific trainings.
* Set up training schedules, co-ordinate all relevant training processes including communication with providers and teams, and share calendar and requirements at operational reviews.
* Manage e-learning creation, enrolment and compliance for the site.
* Monitor and share training compliance levels and KPIs.
* Evaluate training efficiency through feedback forms; monitor KPIs.
* Maintain record and documentation retention compliance through appropriate filing and archiving systems.
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors.
* Monitor OHS schedule and co-ordinate OHS visits including communication with the nurse and teams, sharing calendar and requirements at operational reviews.
* Raise purchase orders for training, office equipment, and stationery items.
* Provide administration support for all departments.

* Previous experience in administrative or training coordination is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
