We are looking for a Design and Content Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role requires travel across Suffolk. It is a hybrid working, fixed-term contract until December 2026. Initially a full-time position, part-time considered.

Role overview:
As Design and Content Co-Ordinator, you will create visual content to support marketing campaigns, manage our visual identity, and produce materials across print, digital, and video. You will manage websites, develop engaging content, and raise awareness for mental health in Suffolk and beyond. This role is hybrid-based and 37 hours per week (part-time options available).
Main duties:
* Create engaging artwork, templates, and layouts for our charity and services
* Design marketing and training materials such as leaflets, brochures, workbooks, and presentations
* Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
* Oversee video and animation projects for marketing and training
* Innovate to increase awareness, engagement, and income
* Manage website content and updates (WordPress)
* Coordinate and produce social media content and online communications
Candidate profile:
You should hold a degree in marketing, arts, or design, or have a minimum of 5 years industry experience. Proven expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. Photography and videography skills are advantageous. Strong web and social media design skills, including WordPress management, are required. A full driving license and vehicle are necessary for travel across Suffolk.
