Chef Manager – REQ 606978
Location: Bristol Area, BS34 8LP
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only (39 Weeks)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,000 per annum
We are seeking a talented and driven Chef Manager to lead our catering team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and service. Key Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for food production and introduce innovative menu options
* Design balanced, appealing daily menus that meet customer expectations
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements
* Manage all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, gross profit, labour, overheads)
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards
* Lead, develop, and motivate the catering team
* Build strong client relationships and adapt services to meet evolving needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar food service management role
* Creative and detail-oriented approach to menu planning
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
* Flexible, proactive, and innovative mindset
