As a Leisure Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base. You will ensure staff are trained, motivated, and delivering standards of performance at all times. You will work closely with the General Manager, chair staff meetings, carry out staff appraisals, and maintain high morale around the centre. Additionally, you will oversee health and safety standards, including the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning within the Centre.

You will have experience working within a leisure environment and management experience. You should be motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate. Customer service is central to this role, so you will need to demonstrate, at interview, how you and your team have provided excellent service that met customer needs. You should also be able to show how you have engaged with staff to motivate them to deliver best-in-class service.
