DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance function, performing all accounting processes for their respective operation.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:
* Monitor and support the Payroll data collection process at allocated sites
* Adhere to payroll data and analysis deadlines to facilitate payroll processing
* Support the creation of SmartTime (Kronos T&A) data and TRS data from sites to ensure a smooth transfer to payroll data to live payroll
* Monthly checking and reconciliation of site payroll reports
* Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs

* Overall understanding of end-to-end payroll
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
* Self-motivated
