Polisher / Deburring Technician Up to £16.67 per hour Location: Accrington Hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4:30pm Friday 8:30am – 1pm Friday Type: 6 months+ We are seeking a skilled Polisher / Deburring Technician to be responsible for ensuring parts are polished according to specification, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Polisher / Deburring Technician The Role Proficient at de-burring techniques such as blending and polishing. Proficient use of air tools and fly presses to include the clocking of fixtures, vices and angle plates. Use various methods and tools to polish parts including deburring, hand scraping and polishing wheel. Ensure proper finish is obtained on each part. Proficient use of hand assembly techniques. Inspection of work using Vernier’s, Micrometres, Depth Micrometres and Gauges.
