SHEQ Co-ordinator
Location: Flexible with UK Location - Coventry HQ
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
Join us as a SHEQ Coordinator and be a vital part of our growing team! As we expand, we’re looking for someone to support our SHEQ Team. This role offers flexibility in location, with a requirement to travel to our Coventry Head Office monthly and occasional visits to operational sites across the UK. Prefer working in an office? A desk awaits you at our Coventry HQ!

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic team environment, providing valuable SHEQ advice to our operational colleagues.
Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Creating and reviewing Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments & Method Statements
* Supporting Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and internal audit programs
* Reviewing, assessing, and approving subcontractors
* Coordinating our Health Surveillance Programme and tracking safety information
* Monitoring active incidents and accidents
* Supporting the use of our SHEQ Management system: EcoOnline
* Creating Toolbox Talks and SHEQ Training programs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A recognised Health and Safety Qualification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate)
* Experience with ISO management systems and up-to-date knowledge of the standards
* A recognised auditing qualification in Quality, Health and Safety, or Environmental systems (IRCA, IEMA, etc.)
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong communication skills at all levels
* Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)
