We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive HR Shared Service across Stafford Borough and Cannock Chase District Councils.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide practical, timely and legally compliant HR advice.
* Support managers with a wide range of employee relations matters and help resolve issues early.
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
* Contribute to HR projects, policy development and service improvement.
Qualifications
* Hold CIPD Level 3 or above, or demonstrate equivalent vocational experience.
* Have proven experience across a broad range of employee relations matters.
* Be confident working in a public sector or similarly complex environment.
* Be collaborative, professional and committed to delivering high-quality HR advice.
