Enabling Support Worker role at TipTopJob. Location: Newent. Salary: GBP 12.25 per hour. Hours: Full time and part time. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

Responsibilities
* As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
* You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.
* You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
* There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional GBP 60 per sleep-in.

The organisation provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, to live as independently as possible. They offer three independent living services, ranging from daytime to 24-hour sleep-in care and support. The Independent Living service is run by the disability charity that connects people with their communities. The Independent Living specialises in providing a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations. Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, they help people to get the most out of life and their local community.
