We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary 3-month basis. This is a varied role combining front-of-house duties with admin and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting reception duties, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
* Handling a mix of admin tasks
* Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
* Assisting with meeting preparation - drafting agendas and taking accurate minutes
* Helping the wider team with general office coordination
