Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, experienced leaders to join our Board as Non‑Executive Directors. You will play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction, supporting and challenging our Executive Directors to uphold the highest standards of governance. This is an exciting time to join us. Responsibilities
As a Non‑Executive Director you will be expected to:
• Support and challenge the executive team.
• Contribute to strategic decision‑making and governance.
• Attend board and committee meetings.
• Provide fresh perspectives on financial and digital strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential qualifications and experience
* Master's degree level or equivalent, with demonstrable evidence of continuous professional and personal development.
* Experience as a strategic leader at executive or non‑executive level.
* Board membership experience in an organisation of similar size and complexity.
* Financial, audit and commercial competence gained in a challenging financial environment.
* Disclosure and Barring Service checks and Fit and Proper Persons Requirement (FPPR) completion.
Desirable
* Committee chair experience.
* Good understanding of current NHS challenges.
* Digital strategy experience.
