Job description
We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Learning Disability Team.
THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.
About the team
This team works with vulnerable adults that have learning disabilities and/ or complex needs. This team ensures a supportive management structure is in place for the benefit of the individual. Day to day responsibilities involve carrying out legislative assessments, contributing to care plans and carrying out face to face visits.
About you
A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. You will have current experience of working with the Care Act 2014, MCA and Section 42. Relevant experience within learning disabilities, older people and physical disabilities.
