We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Certain Advantage team. You’ll join our team in Sale where we work Mon – Wed in office and Thu and Fri from home.
This is a unique opportunity to join our 360-recruitment team, specialising in permanent IT roles.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with both clients and candidates to match talent with the right opportunities.
You will:
* Take ownership of business development activity for your desk, approaching clients for the first time or by working with existing clients to expand our scope of service.
* Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face visits and regular engagement.
* Source, attract, and place exceptional candidates into permanent roles.
* Working with C Suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.
* Consistently meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.
About You
We’re looking for a people person who can demonstrate:
* Proven experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* The ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
* A relationship driven approach combined with a consultative sales mindset.
