Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm
Are you looking for a Temporary role in the heart of Bristol. We have a great opportunity to work within in a modern office. The assignment is really varied, and you will be working within a very friendly and supportive team.
Duties will include:
1. Managing reception, welcoming visitors, and clients
2. Ordering office supplies
3. Facilities management
4. Keeping the reception area tidy and unloading the dishwasher, organising the recycling
5. Organising catering and refreshments for meetings
6. Scheduling meeting rooms
7. Booking hotels and taxi's
8. Dealing with the post and courier services
Experience Required:
9. Previous Reception experience and customer service experience is essential
10. Fantastic organisational skills
11. Strong IT skills including MS office, Including Excel
