Event Coordinator Role:
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing internal and external events, from initial event enquiry to completion and post-event management.
About the Job:
The Event Coordinator will liaise with existing and new venues and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution. You will be responsible for creating exceptional event experiences that meet our client's expectations, leading to repeat and extended business wins.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize internal and external events, including registration
* Liaise with venues and suppliers to ensure successful event execution
* Create memorable event experiences for clients and attendees
* Manage event budgets and payments
* Maintain CRM systems to create event campaigns
Your Background:
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant degree (e.g., Life Science, Marketing, Events Management) and experience in event coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience working to small and large-scale budgets and using CRM systems is essential.
What We Offer:
This role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week on-site in Burgess Hill. Our ideal candidate will have entitlement to work in the UK and must undergo a satisfactory basic Disclosure and Barring Service check.
