This role is primarily finance-led, taking ownership of credit control, cashflow and financial performance, while also supporting operational processes across the business.
Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the role and play a key part in the ongoing growth of the business.
What we need from you:
* Experience in a finance, credit control or business management role
* Strong understanding of credit control and debt collection
* Confident managing cashflow and monitoring aged debt
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage and support a small team
* A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership
Desirable but not essential:
1. Experience within a fast-paced, transactional business
2. Exposure to operations, logistics or supply chain
3. Familiar with CRM systems (Monday CRM preferred...
