Chef de Partie - Live in
Evolve Hospitality are looking for a team of Chef de Partie to work all Summer at a buzzing beach restaurant on the Isle of Wight. Great rates of pay from £17.00 per hour with a generous share of service charge and subsidised live in accommodation near by. If you are an experienced restaurant or hotel Chef de Partie who is used to doing high volume, free for the whole of summer and looking to have a fun experience whilst being part of a hugely talented kitchen team then we want to hear from you.

Chef de Partie Role;
* Able to run a section independently and handle prep for busy service periods
* Must have previous restaurant experience in the UK or come from a 5* hotels background, used to high volume with an emphasis on quality food
* Able to work a variety of shifts and committed to the whole Summer period of April to October
Candidate profile;
* Hardworking with a passion for food
* A good communicator who is able to speak English to a high standard
* Reliable and a strong team player
* Must have right to work in the UK as well as an up-to-date Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Certificate
* Must provide own uniform and knives
