What you'll be doing: Providing expert technical support across payroll processing, reporting and operational controls Leading on complex payroll queries, investigations and escalations Supporting system, process and control improvements including testing and documentation updates Conducting quality checks and monitoring activity to ensure accuracy and risk alignment Ensuring regulatory, legislative and internal process requirements are understood and applied Identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement across teams Supporting colleagues with consistent training, guidance and technical knowledge Contributing SME insight to projects, audits, initiatives and wider business engagement
