Two 4 session salaried GP’s – Close Farm Surgery

We are a relatively small (7,450 patients), semi-rural, part-dispensing practice on the outskirts of Bristol, who are committed to providing continuity of care. We strongly believe that this improves patient experience and clinical outcomes, as well as making the work of our clinicians more fulfilling and satisfying.
You would be joining a three-partner practice, with four salaried GP’s, a clinical pharmacist, a pharmacy technician and a first contact physio. Our skilled nursing team are experts in diabetes and respiratory medicine, as well as supporting the doctors with our monthly family planning and minor surgery clinics.
We can offer you a competitive salary of between £9,500 to £10,600 per session, 6 weeks annual leave plus one week of study leave (pro-rata) per year and inclusion in the NHS Pension scheme. We also pay our salaried doctors indemnity fees for the sessions they work for us.
We are looking for two doctors to work for us 4 sessions per week on a Monday and Tuesday and a Monday and Thursday. Unfortunately, due to room availability we are unable to change these days.
