The Role Support the General Manager, lead the floor, deliver standout guest experience, run smooth shifts, grow sales, and uphold standards and compliance. Key responsibilities Guest: Host confidently, pace service, table touches, resolve issues, maintain standards across bar, dining room and garden People: Recruit, train and brief the front of house team, manage rotas and development using CPL and S4 Labour Operations: Cashing up and tills with Quadranet, allergens and safety with Alert65, stock control and month end with Supy, reservations flow and pacing with SevenRooms Rooms and events: Support private hires and supper clubs, activate calendar moments including Summer Taqueria, Brocktoberfest and live music Finance: Hit labour, gross profit and stock variance targets and turn weekly numbers into action You Proven leader in a quality, food led pub or restaurant Calm, commercial and guest obsessed with strong training and recovery skills Confident with SevenRooms, S4 Labour, Quadranet, Alert65, CPL and stock systems Wine and beer knowledge Package and progression Competitive salary plus tronc, meals on duty, uniform top Tastings, supplier visits, training and clear progression within Little and Large
