Key Duties
Deliver high-quality veterinary care across consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and routine surgery Manage a varied small animal caseload independently Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and nursing team Support and mentor less experienced colleagues where appropriate Maintain excellent standards of patient and client care
Working Pattern
Full-time role averaging 40 hours per week 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-6pm) No Sundays No out-of-hours commitments
The practice is open to discussing flexibility for the right candidate.

Busy and well-established small animal practice with a loyal client base Supportive team including experienced vets, RVNs, SVNs, VCAs, and reception staff Strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and positive workplace culture Ongoing investment in the practice with future expansion plans underway Opportunity to contribute towards clinical protocols, standards, and team development Located close to countryside and green spaces while remaining well connected
Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements
BVSc or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK RCVS registered (or eligible to register) Minimum 2-3 years' small animal experience preferred Confident with consultations, diagnostics, and routine surgery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset Passion for delivering high standards of patient and client care
