We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content Development Manager to lead our client's content team and oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of high-impact content across all digital and offline platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate, marketing strategy, and content performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy for our client aligned with business goals.
* Lead content planning and production across websites, blogs, brochures, email campaigns, social media, and multimedia formats.
* Manage a team of content writers, designers, freelancers, and external agencies.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, project, and design teams to support campaigns and launches with high-quality content.
* Oversee SEO strategy, keyword planning, and content performance tracking using analytics tools.
* Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand tone and messaging.
* Lead editorial planning, manage the content calendar, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
* Identify new content formats, platforms, and distribution strategies to engage target audiences (including investors, clients, and partners).
* Stay current on market trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging digital media.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in content creation and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
* Strong portfolio of written and/or multimedia content (preferably for real estate, engineering, or construction sectors).
* Deep knowledge of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Experience managing creative teams or working cross-functionally with design and marketing teams.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
