Are you a people person who thrives on making a real difference? We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Tenancy Change Co-ordinator to support our customers through an important stage in their housing journey.
You don’t need to be a service charge expert - what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, and provide reassurance.
This role is about much more than paperwork. You’ll be a trusted guide, helping residents feel informed, confident, and supported as they move from fixed to variable service charges. If you enjoy meaningful conversations, keeping projects on track, and ensuring people feel valued, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a home-based role with flexibility, combined with customer visits across Dorset (typically 3–4 days per week). Travel time is included in your working day.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the transition process: identifying affected customers and guiding them through tenancy agreements or consultation notices.
* Meeting customers in their homes, explaining changes clearly, and offering reassurance every step of the way.
* Building accurate records to track progress and milestones.
* Developing clear, accessible communications for customers and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with colleagues across neighbourhoods, lettings, and independent living teams.
* Ensuring the project runs smoothly and to agreed timeframes.
