Due to business development and growth, our client is recruiting for a Trainee Administrator to join their Pudsey (Leeds) based team. This is a permanent, full-time office-based position, which will suit an organised individual with excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide support to Claim Handlers, including entering new instructions to the claims management system. Communicating proactively with Service Providers via the phone but mostly email. Assistance with oversight of diary and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Claims file management. General office administration duties. Requirements Ideally some prior experience of office administrative work Good communicator capable of dealing with insurers, policyholders, contractors and loss adjusters. Capable of working within a small team, bringing a positive can-do attitude, focus and disciple to the management of a busy workload. Computer literate.
