Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Sector: Civils & Groundworks Clients: Major PLC Housing Developers Employment Type: Full-time Company Overview We are a well-established civils and groundworks contractor operating across the residential sector, primarily delivering infrastructure and groundworks packages for major PLC housebuilding clients. The business currently manages approximately 30 live contracts at any one time, with an annual turnover of £110m and a workforce of around 700 operatives. Due to continued growth and workload, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team. The commercial structure currently includes a Commercial Director and three Senior Quantity Surveyors, with a planned succession to Managing Director in the coming years.
