Job Purpose:
The Marketing & Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications that build brand awareness, support growth, and positions nexos as a trusted industry leader. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across content, digital marketing, PR and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
* Support the creation of marketing and communications strategy.
* Develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals and utilising a marketing mix and multi-channel approach.
* Define target audience segments, buyer personas and messaging frameworks.
Brand & Messaging
* Ensure consistency of brand positioning, tone of voice and messaging across all channels.
* Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s value proposition and brand guidelines.
* Creation of visual assets in line with brand identity with a focus on consistency and building recognition.
Content & Communications
* Creation of high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, email campaigns, thought leadership articles and sales enablement materials.
* Develop compelling, SEO optimised website content that enhances user experience and supports overall marketing objectives.
* Manage internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across teams.
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across a mix of channels.
* Collaborate with Business Development to develop lead generation and nurturing programmes.
* Implement marketing automation and CRM systems to track and score leads.
PR & External Relations
* Build and maintain relationships with media, industry associations and partners.
* Write and coordinate press releases, award submissions, speaking engagements and events.
* Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, website performance and brand metrics.
* Provide regular performance reports and insights.
* Use data to continuously refine strategy and improve results.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in campaign management and content development.
* Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment/Conditions:
