£40K -£60K + Benefits 80% WFH (Manchester Area)
Our client, a leading financial services firm, seeks to recruit a Technical Helpdesk & Training Support Manager. Duties will include:
1. Advising IFAs on financial planning sales, including investments, pensions, savings, tax, and trust issues.
2. Helping improve the firm's written support in these areas.
3. Developing and delivering training support, whether online or face-to-face.
4. Attending industry events to promote the company's services.
5. Handling ad hoc projects as required.
You must be Level 4 qualified (willing to study for L6 with support if not yet qualified) with good knowledge across investments, pensions, savings, tax, and trust issues. This role may suit someone already in a compliance role, an IFA salesperson, a paraplanner looking to move into such a role, or someone from a product provider (account manager or technical support). You should also be comfortable delivering training, although previous training experience is not required.
