* Experience in defence, national security, or a related domain
* Background in consulting or client-facing delivery
* Strong academic foundation (Computer Science or quantitative discipline) at a First or Upper Second Class level from a leading University
* UK security clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Expertise in modern engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, containers, testing)
* Confident communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
* Naturally curious, analytical, and committed to continuous learning
* Flexible to travel and work on client sites
Senior-level expectations:
* End-to-end project ownership
* Direct engagement with senior stakeholders and end users
* Leadership, mentoring, and technical direction
