The Best Connection group - Manchester are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Van Driver for one of our clients based in M44 on a temp-to-perm basis. This dynamic role offers a mix of responsibilities, with approximately 70% warehouse duties and 30% Van driving.
Shifts:
* 09:00 - 17:30 Mon-Fri
* 1 in every 3 Saturday 08:00-12:00
* Potential position for night work. Rate to be confirmed
Pay:
* £12.71 an hour
* £18.68 after 42 hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and stock management. of glass pains and windscreens.
* Complete local deliveries and collections in a company vehicle.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
* Support general team operations as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in both warehouse work and driving commercially
* Happy to work in the warehouse as well as driving
* A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
* Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes).
* Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
