Job Description Deputy Nursery Manager – Up to £33,000 The nursery operates across age-specific rooms and a large outdoor space used throughout the day. As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff supervision, room organisation, and the delivery of high-quality early years practice. This is a hands-on role where you will still work with children directly while taking responsibility for maintaining standards and ensuring smooth operations. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required. You must have experience in a supervisory or senior nursery role. This position is not suitable for practitioners without management or leadership experience.
