Temporary Finance Co-Ordinator Job - Office based in Wolverhampton
Your new role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Business Partner. Key responsibilities will include;
* Production of the monthly management accounts with support from a Finance Business Partner.
* Daily, weekly & monthly management report collation - Regularly updating information for management to influence key decision making
* Assist in leading the team in the absence of the Finance Business Partner, including liaising directly with the General Manager and other Department Managers if required
* Collating and preparing Financial data for other departments
* Overhead invoices Internal EDI System - Oversee internal EDI Program and maintaining accurate accounts payable records
* Preparation of Consignment stock Declarations/Invoicing
* Customer invoicing
* Business Intelligence reporting system maintenance - Maintain BI reporting and interact with the management team in report building and deployment.
* Cost of Sales Adjustments
* Daily Stock Adjustment review
* Internal and external Audit requests
* Ad-hoc Payments

* Strong work ethic, committed to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
* Part Qualified (AAT or Higher) or qualified by experience.
