What will you be doing
Successful candidates will be responsible for progressing warm leads that come through via a range of enquiry channels - there is no cold-calling involved. You will quickly build rapport with our customers and take a personal approach to understanding their needs and use our internal software to find the best deals for a diverse portfolio of customers. Through great customer service and product knowledge you will provide a solution for our customers leaving them delighted with their new purchase.
