Responsibilities of the Compliance Contracts Manager role:
* Manage compliance contracts from procurement to performance monitoring
* Act as a compliance expert on Fire, Gas, Asbestos and Electrical
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
Key skills needed for a Compliance Contracts Manager:
* Experience managing compliance contracts
* Knowledge of big 6 of compliance such as Fire, Gas, Electrical and asbestos
* Driving licence and DBS check required
